«The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn». This famous quote from the American futurist Alvin Toffler is true for organizations in business, government and civil society alike.

In this 90 minute workshop, I explored with my co-facilitator and presenter Daniel Schmitz-Remberg (Accenture Strategy) and a brilliant alumni group the theory and practice of helping leaders see their world anew, challenge old structures, and transform their organizations.
